Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to the Whiteboard Planner app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by GALA SP Z O O (collectively, the “Application”). GALA SP Z O O is referred to as the “Service Provider”.
Information Obtained and Use
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data, such as an ephemeral IP address, may be transmitted only to facilitate network connectivity. This data is not retained or used for tracking.
Location Information
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
Third-Party Access
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no personal data is shared with third parties, sold, rented, or used for advertising profiles.
Opt-Out Rights
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it simply removes the Application from your device. No account closure or unsubscribe action is required.
Data Retention
GALA does not collect, store, or keep personal data from normal use of Whiteboard Planner. Because no personal app usage data is collected by the Service Provider, there is no personal app data retention period. Any tasks, categories, deadlines, notes, or planner information that may exist on your device remain local to your device and are not stored by GALA.
- No user accounts are created or retained by GALA.
- No analytics profiles or personal usage histories are retained by GALA.
- No personal task or lesson data is stored on GALA servers.
Data Deletion
Because GALA does not collect or retain personal app data, there is normally no personal data for GALA to delete. You can remove locally stored app content by deleting it inside the Application where available or by uninstalling the Application from your device.
If you voluntarily contact GALA by email or another direct channel, you may request deletion of that voluntarily provided communication data by contacting support@galasp.online.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s personal data is not collected by the Application.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. The Service Provider uses reasonable safeguards for any systems and any information voluntarily provided through direct communication.
Data Breach Notification
Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a breach affecting your personal app data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving information you voluntarily provided to GALA, the Service Provider will notify you as required by applicable law.
Your Consent
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
Changes to This Policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Privacy Policy with a new effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek consent before material changes take effect. Previous versions may be requested by contacting GALA.
